Bodywork is a form of art. The creative task of matching my skills to meet each individual's needs is what I enjoy most about my massage practice. I strive to work in a balanced and wholesome way to promote overall health, happiness and relaxation in each session. I limit the number of sessions I offer in each day so I can be fully present and offer my best work with each client.

My work draws from a lifelong background in dance, yoga and martial arts. I began my massage journey in 2010  when I completed training at Bellevue Massage School. Since then my knowledge and experience of massage and bodywork has grown through time working at chiropractic clinics and wellness centers, along with various continuing education courses and studies in Thailand.

Traditional Thai massage is my specialty. I also offer a combination of Swedish relaxation, deep tissue and injury treatment techniques in order to promote relaxation and provide a sense of health and well being.

I have worked the last 6 years as a full time medical massage therapist developing injury treatment skills and am excited to offer the benefits of Thai Massage in addition to deep tissue treatment and relaxation bodywork.

Thai massage is one of the most effective ways to increase end range of joints (flexibility), release involuntary muscle holding, and increase circulation. It is some of the most powerful healing work I have been privileged to learn. Thai massage is also deeply relaxing and therapeutic on many levels.

More About Traditional Thai Massage
(also known as Thai Yoga Therapy or Thai Yoga Massage)

Ancient healing bodywork rooted in bringing balance to the body, this practice originates from the East and is performed on a large futon placed on the floor with the recipient wearing comfortable clothes. The movements and stretches of a Thai massage can be compared to those of a yoga practice.
